	RESERVATIONS: 50% deposit required to book stay. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
	SUPPLIES: Towels, linens, pillows, blankets, paper products, and household supplies provided.
	DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Fully refundable security deposit required.
	PETS: Dog considered on a case-by-case basis. Prior permission must be granted. Specific rules apply and additional fee and security on deposit required.
	CLEANING: We offer varying levels of Cleaning Participation ranging from full-fee, to partial-fee, to no-fee. Guests determine their own level of Cleaning Participation. Fees vary by occupancy and length of stay. Please call for specific information.
